Advising on AI strategy, safety, and state capacity. The work spans PresidencIA — the cabinet-wide AI adoption effort organized around community, applications, and infrastructure, which has mobilized hundreds of public officials — and building agentic AI applications, from an AI-scientist assistant to crisis response, through the full product lifecycle. Sitting inside the institution is what keeps the research grounded in what these systems actually do once deployed.

Research fellowship on frontier AI safety and governance. Working on harmful manipulation and epistemic risk: where persuasion ends and manipulation begins in model behaviour, how persuasive and agentic systems shape what people come to believe and decide, and which evaluations would surface that before deployment rather than after.
SPAR · Supervised Program for Alignment Research
Mentored research on AI safety, run alongside the manipulation work: building and stress-testing the evaluations that are supposed to catch unsafe model behaviour before it reaches anyone.

Policy fellowship on AI governance, run alongside the research: the same questions about frontier systems, carried into the places where the rules for them are written.

Founded the organization and helped it grow to 12 countries, 30K+ alumni and 500+ AI4Good projects — most of that carried by volunteer-led local chapters rather than by me. Designed the AI Saturdays bootcamp and dozens of AI courses. Ran early LLM-for-social-impact projects with dozens of engineers.

Microsoft
Advised on cloud product-market fit in frontier markets across Benin, France, and Rwanda. Co-led a team of 11 consultants spread across 4 continents on technology adoption initiatives.

Research vehicle for agency transfer: instruments and evaluations for tracking how decision-making authority moves from people to AI systems, and what would make that shift visible while it is still reversible.

Open catalogue for finding a frontier AI evaluation, following it back to its original source, and reading its limits. Every record resolves through a versioned registry that keeps the evaluation's developer, its paper, and its registry host apart — and says so when a source is unresolved, rather than supplying a citation that does not exist.
